Speakers:
Maria Sicola has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1981 and is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Research for the Americas. Prior to that, Ms. Sicola was the Director of Research for a Dun & Bradstreet Company. Maria is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is regularly quoted in publications such as the National Real Estate Investor, Real Estate Forum, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
Larry Wolfert has over 16 years of industry experience in which he has held a variety of positions in the Corporate Real Estate function. Larry has been involved in and led every function within the CRE umbrella Strategic Portfolio Planning, Transaction Management, Project Management, Facilities and Workplace Services, Space Planning and Alternative Workplace Solutions, M&A, Lease Administration, and Technology. As a member of the Corporate Occupier & Investor Services team he is responsible for leading all aspects of account relationship, ensuring overall service delivery, and coordinating resources delivered for the clients he supports.
