Aarón Sánchez Dinner

Aarón Sánchez, award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook author and philanthropist, is in town for two very special nights in South's Back Room. Chef Aarón is cooking dinner for some incredibly lucky guests, raising funds for the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship Fund (ASSF). The foundation is dedicated to empowering Latin youth by sending scholarship recipients to culinary school at the International Culinary Center (ICC) in NYC and offering the students the mentorship and resources necessary to become the next generation of culinary leaders.

Chef Aarón is the chef/owner of Johnny Sánchez, located in New Orleans and co-star of FOXs MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, and was a long term judge on the award-winning TV series, Chopped and Chopped Junior. Come taste local ingredients interpreted by Chef Aarón Sánchez along with specialty cocktails from Tequila Cazadores, born in the Highlands of Jalisco, made from 100% blue agave.

This dinner series will be a prelude to an upcoming food and wine festival in Alaska.
