Dungeness River Summer Camp Session 2
The Dungeness River Audubon Center day camp for boys and girls ages 7-11 is an exciting opportunity for kids to experience and explore the outdoors. Kids will survey Railroad Bridge Park and investigate the Dungeness River's wide variety of plants, animals, insects, and learn about floodplains, ecology, geology, river dynamics, and the Railroad Bridge. Our goal is to help kids understand and enjoy the natural world through a variety of hands-on activities that include science investigations, games, arts, crafts, hikes, water play, and a bicycle journey. Enrollment of only 20 campers guarantees a warm personal learning experience. Our camps are led by dedicated environmental educators and naturalists who have strong backgrounds working with elementary and middle-school youth.
