Bring your knives and be ready to learn -- this introduction to mincing, chopping, dicing and boning will change your life in the kitchen. Learn how to select the right knife for the job, sharpen and care for your knives and cut both meat and vegetables.
Rian Rinn brings nearly 20 years of food industry experience to the cutting board, 10 of which he's carried a scabbard by his side as a butcher. The 2011 Eat Real Butchery Grand Champion winner, you can find Rian at Sonoma County Meat Co., soon to open in Santa Rosa, CA.
Bring a chef's knife, boning knife, and any others you'd like. You can also purchase knives at SHED!
