Jams & Preserves with Happy Girl Kitchen

Join the owner of Happy Girl Kitchen, Jordan Champagne, as she shares the secrets of making delicious jams and preserves. Following an introductory discussion covering hot water bath canning, the PH scale and food safety, get hands-on with the Bay Area's best produce and learn all the techniques to make great preserves at home. Make 3 different low-sugar jams packed with the freshest seasonal fruit and take home 1 jar of each. We'll even preserve whole berries in a delicious honey syrup! Enjoy tasty tidbits prepared by the Cooking School team while jamming and preserving.
