This "Cooking from the Farmers' Market" class features seasonal produce grown within miles of Cavallo Point hand-selected fresh from local farmers and purveyors. Prepare and learn about local Bay Area ocean-fresh fi sh and sustainably raised meats. Once the cooking is done, enjoy your culinary endeavors with wines to match.

Arugula and Fingerling Potato Salad, Crème Fraiche Dressing
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Chicken Saltimbocca with Capers and Olives
Shaved Carrot and Mint Salad
Sweet Pea Crostini with Housemade Ricotta
Pineapple Fluff Cake with a Coconib, Toasted Coconut and Roasted Almond Crumble
