Let's Make Mozzarella!
Do you love cheese? If you answered yes, than this is the class for you. Learning to make mozzarella is a great way to learn the basics of cheesemaking. In this class you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. Class will be held at Food Co-op Classroom at Cordata. We will be sampling cheeses from local cheese farms while we make cheese. See you in class!
