FREEDOM THROUGH BREATH // A Breathwork Journey
This is an evening of a deep breathwork journey in an empowered and held space.
Using the breath, you will be guided into a deeper connection to your body and to yourself.
You will release any density, blocked energy, heaviness, emotional blocks and anything else you no longer need. We hold onto so much that its unnecessary and tiring. It's like walking around with 2 bags of potatoes. Our energy goes into carrying that rather than moving forward easily. You will let go of anything you want to let go of through breathwork and bodywork.
You will leave as a different person than the one who walked into the room.

REMINDER: This workshop will bring up emotions. At times you might feel out of your comfort zone and it might challenge you. Know that the workshop will be held in a safe and loving space where there is no judgement so you can allow yourself to feel in order to release and connect deeper with yourself.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Isik is an intuitive guide, writer and a workshop leader. She empowers women to find their purpose and power in order to share their gifts in the world. She offers 1-1 intuitive guidance sessions for men and women as well as breathwork journeys liberating people from their past traumas. Isik also leads workshops connecting women to their feminine power.
She writes openly and vulnerably about her life experiences which empower people to follow their truth and to be themselves unapologetically.
