Cider School: Ciders to Feature on your Thanksgiving Table
For many, Thanksgiving is about turkey an ham paired with wine on the dinner table. Or maybe your holiday is more about beer and football on TV. Well, apple cider is rooted in American history, and was the beverage most likely present at early American Thanksgiving meals. Lets learn about the history of cider and how it fits into any sophisticated dinner course. We will also offer food pairing suggestions and perhaps ways to use cider in your cooking.
The class includes a flight of four Ciders, table snacks and the course instructor. We always end with a toast of something special from our collection.
