TEC Community Roots Award Fundraiser and Gala

Triangle Empowerment Center, Inc. (TEC) is nonprofit organization that is committed to serving and giving back to the LGBTQ community of color. This year we are taking a moment to honor and thank a few members of the community who have shown dedication, persistence, drive, initiative and proven themselves to be truly committed and 'rooted' to the communities they serve. Please join us on the evening of December 16th at The Pit Durham for some fellowship, music, cocktails , entertainment, heavy hors d'oeuvres and awards. This year's winners are Candis Cox (Advocate of the Year), Jim Manchester (Volunteer of the Year), Valeria Levy (Business Ally of the Year) and Dr. Victoria Mobley (Visionary of the Year). Funds raised will go toward our programs to continue helping the community. We are a 501c3 organization so all donations are tax deductible.

Ticket prices are as follows:

Individual-$20.00

Couples (2 tickets)- $35.00 ($5.00 savings)

Tables (8 tickets)- $150.00 ($10.00 savings)

Only buy a general admission ticket if you are NOT buying for a couple (2 tickets) or a table (8 tickets).
