Liberty Inn adapted by Dakin Matthews from La Locandiera by Carlo Goldoni: The great Italian comedy reset in America during the Revolutionary War. Mirandolina is known throughout the thirteen states for her charm and vivaciousness and for her shrewd business skills as innkeeper of Liberty Inn. Her wit and wisdom are put to the test as she juggles the attentions of a haughty but poor French aristocrat and a rich and aloof American captain. Which man will she choose? The final decision will be made by a new kind of woman in a new kind of country, and plenty of laughs will be had along the way!
