Ironfire Brewing Beer Dinner
Get the chance to sit down to an indulgent beer pairing dinner hosted by Urge Gastropub. Ironfire brewers Greg Webb & John Maino will guide you through a Four Course meal paired specifically with their brews.
1st Course: A Vegetable Mirepoix - French Green Beans, Turnips, Young Carrots Red Potatoes, Garden Green Peas, & Tomato all diced then married using a "A Girl and Her Cucumber" Ailoi. Served with Hard-Boiled Eggs & paired with "A Girl and Her Cucumber"
2nd Course: A Spring Salad - Mixed Greens, Red Onion, Buttom Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, & Black Olives served with a Creamy "Fuego IPA" dressing; paired with "Fuego IPA"
3rd Course: Citrus Glazed Alaskan Salmon over Rice Pilaf paired with "Orange Passion Fruit Ale"
4th Course: Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake paired with "Cap'n Crunch Porter"
"5th Course": Ironfire Keeper Glass filled with Dead on Arrival - Double IPA Cask.
