CHS Radium Girls
Chatham High School presents Radium Girls an early 20th Century female empowerment story about how a group of young woman forever changed U.S. labor laws. Performances are Friday, November 16 and Saturday, November 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the newly renovated CHS auditorium. Radium Girls, by D.W. Gregory, is a powerful contemporary play based on the true story of young factory workers in Orange, New Jersey battling the U.S. Radium Corporation in the 1920s. It is a fast-moving, theatrical ensemble piece about greed, wealth, science, justice and above all else, courage.
