Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult Baking Class -Thanksgiving Holiday Pie Baking from Scratch
In this class you with learn everything you need to know to make delicious pies for any season. Discover how easy it is to make perfect, flaky all-butter pie dough by hand. Then, learn to roll and cut pie dough, repair cracks and tears, prevent burnt edges and create elegant decorations. At the end of class, you'll take home your handmade Holiday pies to share with family and friends. No experience is ever necessary at MCA.
