Slow Food North Country Breakfast
Meet at Sheldon Farm, owned by a Slow Food Saratoga founder and co-leader, Pat Sheldon, and her husband Albert, for a hearty, old fashioned, country breakfast featuring Sheldon sweet corn fritters with the farm's own maple syrup, Mountain View Farm succulent berkshire pork sausages and smoked bacon, just-gathered farm eggs, and local-baked bread and local honey. Sheldon Farm provides produce to some of the "slowest" restaurants in New York City.
