Founders Brewing 5 Course Beer Dinner
Come join us for a fun night of Founders beers and a 5 course dinner presented by Off Broadway Drafthouse and our new Head Chef Sean McPherson.
Reception is at 6pm with a welcome beer.
Dinner starts promptly at 6:15pm
5 Courses
Welcome beer: Solid Gold
Course 1
Beets 3 ways. Roasted, puréed, and pickled with an arugula salad dressed in a Champagne vinaigrette with goat cheese. Paired with All Day IPA
Course 2
Seared scallops over polenta with balsamic reduction. Paired with Nitro Rubaeus.
Course 3
Gnocchi in a sage brown butter and butternut squash cream sauce . Paired with 2017 backwoods bastard.
Course 4
Pork tenderloin over maple Dijon Brussels sprouts.
Paired with Curmudgeons Better Half.
Course 5
CBS red velvet crepe with white chocolate mousse filling. Paired with 2018 Canadian Breakfast Stout.
Reception at 6pm with a welcome beer.
