Odell Brewing Beer Dinner
Come join us for a fun night of Odell beers and a 5 course dinner presented by Off Broadway Drafthouse and our new Head Chef Sean McPherson.
Reception is at 6pm with a welcome beer.
Dinner starts promptly at 6:15pm
Welcome Beer: Cloud Catcher - Milkshake IPA
1st Course
Charred Romaine Caesar salad, traditional Caesar dressing, anchovy, garnished with grilled corn, roasted cherry tomatoes, and parmesan
Paired with Drumroll Pale Ale
2nd Course
House-cured Salmon, served with a folded dill crepe, filled with herb and lemon cream cheese
Paired with Crossover - American Wild Ale
3rd Course
Scotch egg, nestled in an arugula salad lightly dressed with honey Dijon vinaigrette
Paired with 90 Schilling - Amber Ale
4th Course
Braised beef short ribs, atop a parsnip puree, garnished with poached and grilled pearl onions, and a reduced braising liquid sauce
Paired with Rupture Fresh Grind Ale
Dessert
Almond brown butter cakes, diced strawberries, drizzled with a port wine reduction
Paired with Jolly Russian - Rum Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout
