2018 Escape the Holiday Christmas Dinner Class - Tuesday December 18
As Christmas approaches, it's time to begin thinking about the big Christmas celebration. Join me on Tuesday December 18th or Thursday December 20th at 6:30PM for this class.
This year, I wanted to present an extravagant Christmas Dinner. For the appetizer, we will start with Crab Cakes.
I've had the opportunity to have fish cooked in a salt crust or salt dome. For our centerpiece, we will take a Beef Tenderloin and wrap it in a salt crust and roast it in the oven. To go along side a nice tenderloin, we will make a French potato dish. Decadent mashed potatoes browned under the broiler is a side dish to complement.
For dessert, we will make a rich Chocolate Caramel Tart.
