Spring 2019 Term Classes: Little Movers 1 (for children aged 2 and their parents/carers)

Saturdays, 9.30 - 10.30am

Little Movers 1 is a creative contemporary dance class designed for toddlers and their parents/guardians. Each term uses creative themes to develop the toddlers motor skills such as directions, levels, pathways and balance; whilst starting introduce the basics of contemporary dance. The themes encourage imagination, characterisation and storytelling through the use of props and materials. The class is a fun way for children and adults to interact and bond whilst children learn the fundamentals of moving.

The class time also includes time to settle into the studio, group movements exercises and opportunities to play.

Class Level: Participants should be aged 2 years and accompanied by a parent/guardian. No previous dance experience necessary.

Spring Term 2019 (12 weeks)
Start: Monday 7 January
Half Term: Saturday 16th - Sunday 24th February (inclusive)
End: Saturday 6/Sunday 7 April

* Please note that on Saturday 9th February, class will take place in an alternative location to be confirmed. Further information will be given closer to the time.
