Hands On Knife Skills Class - Food Media Forum 2013
Leave the computer behind for an hour and get in the kitchen! In this course you'll work with culinary instructors from the Culinary Institute of St. Louis to improve your skills with a chef's knife. You'll leave working more efficiently and safely than when you walked in. Plus - every participant will walk away with a free chef's knife to take home!
