Piedmont Wine Dinner at Lolita!
Italy's Piedmont is one of the world's premier winemaking regions. It's home to 'The Wine of Kings and The King of Wines' - Barolo. It is also the home to the incredible wines of Barbaresco which are equally noble although, often, a bit more approachable in their youth.
The white wines of Piedmont - including Cortese and Arneis - are often overlooked but are of high quality and uniquely delicious.
With such a treasure chest to choose from, it was hard to select just four wines for our dinner. But, we have a line up that features some of the best producers in the region and their impeccable wines and Chef Guy Hernandez will be pairing them with a multi-course Piedmont-influenced menu that will highlight the uniqueness of each wine.
