ACTS OF COURAGE: ORDINARY PEOPLE TAKING EXTRAORDINARY ACTION
HOW IS IT THAT SOME PEOPLE ACT COURAGEOUSLY AND NONVIOLENTLY IN THE DEFENSE OF ETHICAL PRINCIPLES, DESPITE GREAT PERSONAL RISK TO THEMSELVES?
Come with a personal story about: * an act of courage in the face of injustice, * a missed opportunity to stand up for the rights of others, or * a vision of what you might have done, in an ethical dilemma. Watch as your story is spontaneously played back by our ensemble of actors and musicians! This event is a fundraiser for an educational film to be produced by Philip Zimbardo and Bill Roller -- gathering and inspiring a new generation of ordinary people to act heroically: "Group Dynamics and the New Heroism."
