Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult cooking 'Sip & Cook' Baking Class - French Croissants
MCA is offering this NEW Bake class for every level of cook and baker. Our Master Baker will be teaching this highly anticipated class!
We will be preparing a 'butter dough' specifically for this coveted, flaky and delicious croissant!
Butter Croissants
Chocolate Croissants
Cream Cheese Filled w/Jam
This Sunday afternoon (1pm-4pm) class will fill up quickly, so don't delay in registering.
*Lite appetizers will be served throughout the class, feel free to bring your favorite wine.
