Join us for Food Lust 2013, the eighth annual on-farm gala dinner and benefit for Cascade Harvest Coalition on Saturday, June 1.
Feed your passion for supporting and sustaining local farms while feasting on a luscious bounty of local food, surrounded by the verdant fields and serene setting of Willie Green's Organic Farm in Monroe, WA.
From dishes lovingly prepared by top local chefs with ingredients sourced from regional farmers to the divine temptations of our famous Dessert Dash and choice offerings from local wineries, brewers, bakers and artisan cheesemakers, Food Lust is more than a memorable meal. It is the experience of being in community with a shared understanding of what "farm to table" really means.
Proceeds from Food Lust directly support Cascade Harvest Coalition, a Seattle based non-profit. Since 1999, the Coalition has been instrumental in building alliances and programs that connect farmers to farmers, farmers to markets and farmers to eaters, providing a diversity of programs to help build a sustainable food system throughout Puget Sound and Washington State. When you invest in Cascade Harvest Coalition, you invest in local farms.
