Improv TV / The Ungrateful Dodos
Improv TV Improv TV takes familiar TV formats and gives them a comedy improv once over. This show sees Improv TV turn its comedy lens on a Pro-Wrestling TV Spectacular performed by wrestling super fans Dave Coffey and Stephen Bradley. Expect larger-than-life wrestling personas, a razor-sharp commentary team, bizarre entrance themes, backstage brawls, lots of chanting, and non-stop rasslin action.
Dave Coffey is an Irish writer, director and improviser. He wrote, directed and starred in both series of IFTA nominated series Dan & Becs for RTÉ, directed spin-off series Sarah + Steve, and has a number of other television credits to his name. He currently produces and hosts Phoning It In, a weekly improv comedy podcast on the Headstuff Podcast Network.
Stephen Bradley is a writer, comedian and co-founder of the MOB Theatre and teacher at MOB Improv School. With Gary Mackey, he is part of weirdo sketch duo Boys Boys Boys. Stephen has stood and talked funny in Edinburgh, Galways Comedy Carnival Festival and Vodafone Comedy Festival. When he grows up he wants to be a wrestler.
The Ungrateful Dodos Dublin 5-piece The Ungrateful Dodos are bringing you on an adventure through the filth and fury of their psyches. Whether you like it or not.
