Classes are intended to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.
Class level: Open. Participants should be aged 13-17years (School year 9-13)
Spring Term (12 weeks)
Start: Monday 7 January
Half Term: Saturday 16th - Sunday 24th February (inclusive)
End: Saturday 6/Sunday 7 April
* Please note that on Thursday 7th February, class will take place in an alternative location to be confirmed. Further information will be given closer to the time.
