Introduction to Cocktail Classics
Why do we call an Old Fashioned an Old Fashioned? Why are bartenders asking me if I want an egg in my drink? Who really invented the Martini? All these questions will be answered and more in Fine and Rares Introduction to Cocktail Classics. We will learn the history of mixology as we try our hand in making two of the most famous classics. After that, we will explore templates we can use to make our own creative and delicious twists on our newly learned libations. After the class, you'll be the talk of the town with the most delicious concoctions on the block. Come down and bring your friends to this fun and exciting new class at Fine and Rare. Light appetizers provided.

To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Transfers or credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Evelina at Evelina@goodnightgroup.nyc.
