CONTACT IMPROVISATION with Aaron Vickers
This course will explore contact improvisation and how to approach moving with other bodies in space, focusing on building confidence when moving with others, exploring and discovering the influence that can be had when connecting and communicating with others.
The class will always start with self discovery to wake up your own body awareness before connecting with others, evolving this to look at different ways of exploring contact work including, finding space in the body, looking and offering opportunities and being aware of the different decisions we can make.
Wednesdays, 7.15 - 8.45pm
Class level: Open (some experience of contemporary dance recommended)
Cost is: £80 for 6 weeks

End: Wednesday 5 December
