Heyday Farm Wine Dinner with Amelia Wynn
This October, Chef Tad has invited owner and winemaker of Amelia Wynn Winery, Paul Bianchi, to join us for an evening of farm-to-table fare, community and handcrafted wines.
Paul Bianchi has been making wines since 1998. His love for pairing food and wine has led him to produce wines that are a mixture of both old and new world styles. Showcasing each varietal in its complexity while keeping it balanced is done through minimal processing. He not only uses French oak for aging reds but also a combination of American and Hungarian oaks. Paul produces his award winning wines here on Bainbridge Island from grapes sourced from notable vineyards in Eastern Washington.
The festivities will commence in our gorgeous barn with Paul pouring a tasting of selections from his winery. After the tasting, you will be invited over to the Farmhouse to enjoy a farm-centric 4-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, Tadao Mitsui.
$75.00 per person. Ticket includes wine tasting upon arrival, 4-course meal, tax and gratuity. Additional Amelia Wynn wines will be available for purchase by the glass, bottle & case.
Tickets for this dinner are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest winemaker or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
