In this class and discussion, we will talk about how to spiritually protect yourself.
Who can benefit from this class? Empaths that just gets drained easy?
Do you attack energy vampires and need protection? Are you a ghost hunter?
Are you emotionally sensitive to the energies around you? Do large groups of people give you anxiety?

We will talk about why you need to shield and filters.
Practice trying to put up a shield or filter.
