Immigration has become a flash point in our politics. It is highly personal for a wide variety of reasons. It seems today that we rarely hear about the beliefs that bind us together as a nation. Day after day we are barraged by only disagreements rather than hearing about what we hold in common.
Can we find the over-arching values that bring us together?
Ron Workman will lead a round table discussion. The purpose of this discussion is to identify what we can agree upon today regarding immigration. This conversation will be an opportunity to just listen to each others experiences around this issue. Increased understanding can be a foundation for better relationships and even solutions.
