No experience is ever necessary, just a desire to explore Iconic Italian favorites from Naples to Florence.
Appetizer - Clams Oreganata
Salata - Mixed greens with Mozzarella, tomato and Fresh basil
Entree' - Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops over Creamy Polenta
Dessert - Zabaglione infused with wine served over fresh berries
BYOB - Wine suggestions : Cava, Barolo, Chianti or Super Tuscan
