Taste of Art: A Dickens Christmas
Get a taste of holiday cheer the way Charles Dickens might have written it. In this cooking workshop with chef and art educator Maite Gomez-Rejón, participants get to discuss the literature, paintings, and decorative arts of the Victorian era before preparing a contemporary meal adapted from period cookbooks.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom of the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 8:45 a.m.
Registration is not available day of the event. To be added to a wait list, call 626-405-3457. Refunds require 5-day cancellation notification.
