A unique workshop tailored to you and a sacred space to let your femininity flow. Delving into sensual movement on the ground, diving deep into improv, and following our own inner voices, we will sore to new heights on the pole and lyra!
Class begins with a grounding warm up drawing from meditation, dance, and yoga principals. We will then take time to learn some basic techniques to climb, hang, and perch on the lyra and pole. Then we will explore exercises that help you to find your own personal pathways and individualized movements. Class will culminate in students improvising to find their own flow to great music. Challenge yourself to try something new in a fun and safe environment!
