Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 8: Bakers and Brewers - A Historic Connection
Join us for a unique opportunity to learn about the fascinating history between baking and brewing. White Labs Asheville's Education & Engagement Curator, Jo Doyle, has partnered with OWL Bakery co-owner and historian, Maia Surdam Ph.D., to curate a delicious menu presented with interesting historical anecdotes. We will taste food and beer that honors the past and celebrates present-day collaborations between artisan bakers and brewers.
