The cuisine of Gujarat, a state in western India, is primarily vegetarian, and we have the opportunity to learn from a seasoned local chef. Join us to learn more about the flavors of Gujarat!" Instructor Chef Shital is from India. She is a chef-owner of the Austrian Haus in West Dover, Vermont, and has had an Indian food stand at the Brattleboro farmers market for the last 15 years.
