Firestone Walker Beer Dinner
The Firestone Walker team will be in the house as we enjoy 5 of their award winning beers. You will be greeted with a pour of FW DBA - Double Barrel Ale. This English style pale ale spends part of it's fermentation in oak which helps give it the smooth, toffee & caramel notes that have made it a staple in the FW lineup.
First Course - Citrus Salad with Baby Spinach tossed in a Honey Champagne Vinaigrette and Cornbread Croutons
Paired with 805 Blonde Ale
Second Course - Fried Scallops tossed in a Passion Fruit-Jalapeño Sauce
Paired with Easy Jack Session IPA
Third Course - Pepper Seared Pork Tenderloin with a Chipotle Molasses Glaze and Garlic Roasted Broccolini
Paired with Stickee Monkee Barrel-Aged Quad
Fourth Course - Apple Crisp with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a Citrus-Rose Whipped Cream
Paired with Feral One Wild Ale
