Let the whimsical environment of Light of the Ocean inspire you during this tranquil session of gentle exercise with deep breathing with Sal Minardi.
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves. Though originally conceived as a martial art, some training forms of tai chi are especially known for being practiced with relatively slow movements.
This class will start with a lite warm up followed by an 18 movement Tai Chi Qigong exercise, completing with a 24 or 67 Yang style Tai Chi form.
