Ocean State Follies "CamPAIN 2018" at Bristol Theatre Company
This latest version of the Ocean State Follies focuses on the election and candidates, both local and national.Follies fans can expect spoofs on the debates, the campaign commercials, the media, the polls and much more. There areappearances from Pres. Trump (Its My Party and Ill Lie if I Want To), Melania, Sheldon Whitehouse ("Hot Hot Hot"), David Cicilline, Joe Trillo, Allan Fung ("Girls Just Wanna Have Fung"), and of course Gina our governor who gives a Tina Turner- like performance in her number Tollin All the Truckers. Hilarious!
The Follies will still throw in a few of their favorite bits like the Rhodonics Flashcards, hairdressers Cheryl and Rhonda and the news with Gene Valicenti....and some local Bristol jokes too!
Proceeds to benefit the Bristol Theatre Company and the Bristol Athletic Hall of Fame.
