Montclair Culinary Academy - One Day Columbus Day Mini Camp - Pasta and Pizza 9am-1pm
MCA is. offering this one day Columbus Day Mini Camp. We will prepare pasta dough, make house made Ravioli and hand tossed pizza in honor of this traditional Italian explorer.
Camp includes lunch and snacks.
Ages 7-16. Jr. Chefs will cook in age appropriate groups with our Chef Instructors.
