Firehouse Collective Concert Marks Rebirth

Firehouse Collective Concert Fund Raiser at the Dimenna Center October 19th, 7:00 PM
Tickets are $20 at the door. Donations can also be made here by purchasing tickets.

We are starting our fall/winter fund raiser to help with the renovation costs for our new building in Sunset Park. We finally have our 501c3 Not for Profit status! Stay tunes for further events.

With a new Sunset Park home set to begin renovation, The Firehouse Collective, a vital fixture of the New York City arts scene, is back. The Firehouse Collective Fundraising Concert Oct. 19 at the Dimenna Center for Classical Music kicks off the Firehouses newest phase as a 501( c )3 nonprofit. All proceeds will fund conversion of a vacant 5,000 square foot building in Sunset Park into a new home: an energy-efficient venue with state-of-the-art facilities for emerging, experimental and under-represented artists, plus resources for underserved communities.

Still dedicated to emerging music and multimedia, the Firehouse Collective is gathering steam to create a new, green venue for recording, rehearsal, live/work, education and performance plus facilities for youth training and neighborhood empowerment.
