Grant has been performing his one-man adaptation of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" for over 2 decades. With costumes and props and skillful characterizations, he deftly tells the tale of miserly Ebenezer Scrooge and how he is visited by spirits and shown the true meaning of Christmas. Through his vocal and physical prowess, Grant transforms himself into the roles of Scrooge, Marley, Bob Cratchit and the Ghosts of Christmas past, Present and Future. It is a cozy evening at the Art Barn that will warm the hearts of all who experience it.
As an award winning actor, Grant has performed on many stages throughout Northwest Indiana. Some of his best roles have been in "Same Time Next Year", "The Drowsy Chaperone", "1776", "The Foreigner", "To Kill a Mockingbird", "Little Shop of Horrors", and "Inherit the Wind." He has also directed several shows, including his adaptations of Shakespeare's classics "King Lear", and "Hamlet."
