SB 9th Anny: Cowboy Star Steak Night Takeover
Kicking off our week long celebration of 9 years in business, we welcome Chef Victor Jimenez of Cowboy Star Restaurant & Butcher Shop into our kitchen to run his play on our weekly Monday Steak Night.
Buying a ticket for one of our two seatings for Monday, September 17 will reserve one prix fixe plate. Details and options to upgrade below.
There will be two windows of time for you to come in and redeem your dinner:
- Arrive anywhere between 5-7pm
- Arrive anywhere between 8-10pm
Table reservations for groups of 4 or more can be accommodated, but must be done at the time of purchase (or with confirmation via email firstname.lastname@example.org).
35 day dry aged "prime" rib
cipollino onion, crispy potato, truffled friseé, peppercorn jus, fresh horseradish
Also included is dessert prepared by Chef Jamie Decena - PB & Jelly Napoleon: strawberries, wagyu fat popcorn, toasted peanut, bacon ice cream
Other options include adding a bottle of wine or champagne with the purchase of two C plates.
