Transformational Breath® Breathing Circle
This class is for those who have already experienced a Transformational Breath® Session either in an Introductory Workshop or a 1:1 session.
The day to day stresses we deal with directly impact how deeply we breathe. We hold tension, emotions, stress and most of our feelings that we don't want to show in our bodies. Basically, we control our breath with how we might be feeling at that time. This repeated control over years causes blockages which in turn restricts our breathing pattern so our bodies are never fully oxygenated, so how will our cells grow and function?
The knock-on effect will be all forms of dis-ease in the body. Stress, headaches, digestive issues, muscle pain, depression, anxiety, the list goes on.
Most of us are only using between 20-40% of our full respiratory system. Transformational Breath® is a tool you can use to restore your breath back to its most natural pattern, activating your diaphragm, massaging your internal organs, stimulating your lymphatic system, oxygenating your cells, all through your breath.

Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours prior to the event.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring a bottle of water and a pillow & blanket. Mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own as well for additional comfort.
