Farm Dinner and Tour
The afternoon will begin with a hayrack ride around Cedar Valley Sustainable, with stops to learn about the farm. You'll meet our animals, including pigs, chickens, sheep, goats and livestock guardian dogs and learn about their roles on the farm.
You'll also see the woodlands and creek that surround our beautiful fields.
After the tour, we'll host a home cooked dinner featuring turkey from Gunthorp Farm. This is the farm we partner with annually for our Thanksgiving Turkey Delivery.
Beth and Jody will smoke the turkey and have a variety of side dishes. Lemonade and water will be offered along with samples of beer and wine from our delivery hosts throughout the city.
