The Oregon Partnership to Improve Dementia Care Presents: A symposium on patient-centered prescribing practices and medications
You are invited to attend an interdisciplinary panel discussion about best practices in the care of older adults, especially those living with dementia. Our expert panel will discuss strategies for maintaining focus on the patient while following recommended prescribing guidelines, as well as strategies for implementing a team approach to caring for older adults.
