Happier Valley Comedy Benefit Dinner at Good Stock Farm

Start the evening sipping sparkling wine and enjoying tasty hors doeuvre while Chef Sandy DAmato prepares dinner for you in the Good Stock kitchen. Enjoy conversation with fellow food lovers and feel free to ask Sandy for some professional tips on how to refine and elevate your everyday cooking at home.

After cocktail hour, enjoy a 4-Course Seasonal Dinner with wine pairings specially chosen from Sandy and Angies personal wine cellar. Then with an after-dinner drink in hand, watch a short performance of 'We Made A Thing', improvised by Happier Valley Comedy's Pam Victor and Scott Braidman.

This meal also features wine pairings. This is where Sandy and Angie go deep in their cellar to share some of their favorite wines they have collected and laid down over the years. Various regions like Rhone Valley, Burgundy, Northern Italy and Spain and Portugal may be represented to complement the evenings menu. While sipping and dining they will talk about their philosophy for pairing food and wine - its a perfect night of educational entertainment and delicious dining with fellow food lovers!
