8-Week Session beginning THrusday September 12
In Drama the students will play theater games, engage in acting activities and participate in small improvisational games. The focus of this class is to introduce students to basic acting fundamentals, make them more comfortable on stage, deal with stage "fright"/pressure, public speaking, interpersonal communication skills, enhance creative play and releasing their imagination. The class will conclude with a presentation of some of the better/more popular games that the students have practiced throughout the session. In sessions that will follow, the class will be more performance based, with the hope that some students would have participated in the first session.
