Let's Make Mozzarella!
Do you love cheese? If you answered yes, than this is the class for you. Learning to make mozzarella is a great way to learn the basics of cheesemaking. In this class you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. We keep the class small and welcoming. We will be sampling cheeses from Appel Farms while we make cheese. We offer other types of cheesemaking classes as well. See you in class.
