PMTC's first production of 2018 is Jessica Dickey's The Amish Project.
"The Amish Project" is a fictional exploration of the tragic Nickel Mines Schoolhouse shooting in an Amish community and the path of forgiveness and compassion forged in its wake.
"The Amish Project" will be performed in non-traditional, site-specific locations across Northeast Pennsylvania.
A single actress performs all the roles in this thought provoking and compelling work. Allentown's Syd Stauffer and East Stroudsburg's Gillian Turner will perform.
Confirmed venues are: Siamsa Irish Pub in Stroudsburg, The Red Stag Pub in Bethlehem, The Cooperage in Honesdale, The Water Wheel in Milford, Artists for Art Gallery in Scranton, Brewworks in Allentown and Posh in Scranton.
